Underground Facilities Analyst (All‑Source Analyst)

Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for several Mid‑Level All‑Source Underground Facilities Analysts to be stationed in Reston, VA. This is a Full‑time position.

• Dive into underground facility research and all‑source analysis.
• Conduct deep multi‑INT research in support of target development.
• Use all‑source research and subject‑matter expertise to support Underground Facilities (UGF) modeling/simulation efforts and provide answers in UGF‑specific areas.
• Generate all‑source analytical and foundational intelligence reports in line with established standards and formats.
• Maintain military intelligence databases and produce analytic products for the intelligence community.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8 years of relevant experience.

• Solid understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight to conduct deep multi‑INT research and identify trends and developments.
• Strong all‑source analytical skills to interpret and defend analytic judgments.
• Proficiency in producing clear and concise analytic reports and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and ability to learn technical engineering terms and concepts on the job and apply them to analysis.
• Experience with intelligence collection capabilities and the evaluation of collected intelligence.
• Experience with intelligence analysis tools such as Record Message Traffic (RMT), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), MARS, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of ICD 203/206 writing standards.
