We are seeking a Service Now Architect OMT with deep telecom domain expertise to lead architecture, solution design, and platform transformation initiatives for enterprise telecom environments. This role will partner closely with client enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery teams to design scalable Service Now solutions across telecom operations and service management platforms.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on architecture experience with Service Now telecom modules, especially Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT), Telecom Service Management (TSM), and Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM), along with proven experience supporting telecom clients in large‑scale Service Now implementations.

- 12+ years of Service Now project experience supporting telecom clients.
- Lead architecture, design, and configuration activities for Service Now telecom solutions.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, domain architects, platform owners, and business stakeholders.
- Create High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable Service Now solution options.
- Drive governance, enhancement reviews, impact assessments, and change control processes.
- Coordinate delivery activities with Scrum teams across multiple work streams.
- Lead migration and onboarding initiatives for telecom sites and applications into Service Now.
- Develop workflow automation solutions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Support CMDB optimization, telecom service operations workflows, and platform integrations.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical guidance sessions, and Service Now best practice training.
