Purpose and ObjectiveSAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Reston, VA location to drive business consulting by translating the customer’s vision into solutions.
Responsibilities- Map business processes to solution requirements.
- Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives.
- Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy integrations/applications for customers.
- Provide architect solutions.
- Assist with sales activities.
- Lead customer-facing technical engagements.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Utilize Success Factors products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.
- Work with global teams regularly and handle multiple projects/technical tasks simultaneously.
- Support line manager(s) in people development tasks.
- Deliver customer workshops and trainings.
- Support partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success.
- Troubleshoot complex integration delivered as part of Preferred Success Service.
- Create, modify, debug, and deploy integration flows in SAP CPI as per customer requirements.
- Build leading-edge integrations utilizing new features delivered by product as an early adopter in the SAP ecosystem.
- Design and build complex custom payroll, benefits, demographic and security data integrations in SAP CPI.
- Write SOAP/OData protocol-based API queries to read/write data in/out of Success Factors System.
- Build message, XSLT mappings and write complex Groovy/Java scripts to implement business requirements.
- Build & configure Integration Center Jobs and Intelligent Service Events in Success Factors System.
- Write Technical Design Documents and Integration Run Documents.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
- SF Employee Central, SF OData API, SF Technical skillset, and SF Workzone
- XML, XSLT, and Groovy Scripting
- Ant, Maven, Eclipse, and Intelli
J Build tools - Servlets, JSP, Struts, and Spring Framework
- SAP SAIL
The annual base salary for this position is $175,427. The targeted combined range for this position is $175,427 - $202,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent on key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. Any variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
