Project Manager
The PM will lead projects that align with Fire Eye's Services & Client Engineering Program initiatives. Responsibilities include working closely with S&I Engineering managers, technical leads, and Fire Eye product managers to drive project planning and execution of multiple complex projects. Collaborate with cross-functional groups across Fire Eye through the product life cycle, from definition to successful delivery of releases. Drive infrastructure-related initiatives through completion.
Promoting and evangelizing agile best practices through established processes, tools, techniques, and strong communication skills. Manage cross-team dependencies, and coordinate cross-team initiatives and blocker issues. Assist in developing and implementing Project Management Best practices, tools, and templates within ISS. The position reports to the Manager, Program Management.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management tools, process, and best practices. Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dev Ops certification. PMP certification.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required. 6-10 years of technical project management experience successfully managing multiple projects.
