You will be working with the business leaders to drive outcomes in a fast‑growing market.
Responsibilities- Responsible for configuration and customizations of Dynamics CRM/Power Platform
- Development of Canvas and Model Apps
- Understand and document client functional requirements
- Configure and customize Power Platform applications based on the requirement specification
- Provide hands‑on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role
- Develop and estimate work items
- Lead technical discussions with clients
- Provide technical support to existing clients
- Good organizational skills with an ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate, and Power BI)
- Power Platform Administration
- Data Management and data migration between environments with experience in data migration tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 5+ years of Power Platform or Dynamics CRM experience
- Technical and functional specification documentation
- Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
- Self‑directed, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Power Platform certifications
- Business Central or other ERP application integration experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud products
- Ability to write plugins, workflows, and custom JavaScript for Power Platform and Dynamics
