Position Summary

Eligibility and Security ClearanceU.S. Citizenship is required. The position requires an active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. Applicants lacking the required clearance at application time will not be considered. Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status. LocationReston, VA (Full‑time onsite).
Responsibilities- Analyze message traffic, FINTEL, social media, and geospatial data to produce actionable intelligence.
- Generate 3D models and 2D data layers within GIS software, including metadata derived from all‑source research.
- Provide analytic insights and domain knowledge to technical staff for software development and integration.
- Support the creation and maintenance of multi‑INT‑derived datasets within GIS and other data visualization tools.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Current/active TS/SCI security clearance and current/active CI polygraph.
- At least six (6) years of experience applying all‑source geospatial analysis techniques to multiple datasets.
- Experience performing geospatial analysis to determine key terrain, named areas of interest, and targets of interest.
- Experience integrating social network analysis (SNA) results with traditional all‑source analysis, facility characterizations, and in‑depth (deep‑dive) analysis.
- Proficiency in creating and editing data layers, shape files/KML/KMZ, 3D models, and other data types within GIS software.
- Domain knowledge of Command, Control, and Logistics (C2L) or WMD or related fields.
- Ability to work with minimal oversight and to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Strong written communication skills: clear, concise expression of multifaceted concepts, logical sequencing, and validated conclusions.
- 5+ years of experience with Terra builder, SKYLINE Global Server (SGS), SKYLINE Software Suite – Terra Explorer C2MP, ESRI Arc Pro 3.x, ESRI ArcGIS 9.x, and Sketch Up.
- Experience establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and developing clear, repeatable documentation formats.
- Experience using AI/ML tools to support analysis and proficiency in writing prompts for AI/ML tools.
- Proficiency in using predictive analytic tools and models (e.g., Signature Analyst) to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong capability to ensure new products, signatures, and processes align with customer requirements.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of technical reports, briefings, and analytic deliverables.
The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is:
- $99,000.00 – $ annually.
- For other states, geographic cost of labor is used to develop a market‑driven range.
