Sr. Digital Product Manager (AI Focused)
Reston, VA (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite/week)
12 Months (Contract to Hire)
- Hybrid role (Reston, VA - 1-2 days onsite per week)

- High-visibility role interacting with senior leadership
SAFe-certified Product Manager with AI product experience, strong Agile/roadmap strategy, Google Analytics & Aha! expertise, and enterprise digital product delivery across web/mobile, APIs, cloud, and data-driven platforms.
We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager (AI Focused) with strong experience in Agile/SAFe environments to lead digital product strategy, roadmap execution, and AI-driven innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple product work streams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage 3-5 concurrent product work streams in a fast-paced Agile/SAFe environment
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, and Finance teams
- Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements
- Lead AI-driven product initiatives and innovation use cases
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital products
- Drive product lifecycle management from discovery to deployment and post-launch optimization
- Monitor and report on product performance using analytics and predictive data insights
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders and provide regular status updates and reporting
- Support product delivery timelines and ensure successful execution
- Bachelor's Degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience)
- SAFe Certified Product Manager (mandatory)
- 10+ years of total experience with 6+ years as a Product Manager
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Proven experience delivering AI-based product solutions (minimum 2 projects)
- Expertise in product roadmap planning and strategic visioning
- Experience managing complex enterprise digital products (web/mobile/platforms)
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and data-driven decision making
- Hands-on experience with Aha! (product management tool)
- Experience working with APIs, backend systems, databases, and cloud environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Payor domain
- Background in large enterprise IT environments
- Exposure to cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership in innovation and product strategy development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
