• Lead the assessment and documentation of current and target-state processes and functional requirements across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with customer sand enterprise developers to formulate policies and plans that supportenterprise goals.
• Implement efficientend-to-end processes and maximize the use of existing IT assets.
• Align strategic goals and objectives with key business and IT initiatives.
• Develop an integrated viewof the enterprise using industry-standard techniques, frameworks, and best practices.
• Design, develop, deploy,and manage applications on EKS and other cloud platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on projects of similar scope and complexity.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certificationsare highly desirable.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience, including leading teams on projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Proven experience as a leaddeveloper for projects with comparable responsibilities and challenges.
Requirements- Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, application servers, database servers,and system architecture.
- Advanced expertise in Python and other modern programming languages toaddress business needs.
- Expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and managing applications on
EKS
. - Hands-on experience with
AWS services. - Solid understanding of microservices and containerization.
- Git lab and Terraform knowledge is a huge plus
- Experience with in AI and gen AI tools (person like this is preferred) modern techstack
- Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies is a plus.
