The Cyber Ark Vault Administrator role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Design and maintain Cyber Ark PAM architecture, including PAS, EPM, PSM, PTA, and Secrets Management.
- Define privileged access standards aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Provide input into IAM/PAM roadmaps and security architecture reviews.
- Install, configure, and upgrade Cyber Ark components (Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM).
- Onboard privileged accounts (Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, cloud platforms).
- Implement password rotation, access workflows, and session recording.
- Integrate Cyber Ark with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, SIEM, ITSM, and MFA.
- Enforce least privilege and separation of duties; support audits and compliance requirements.
- Monitor alerts and investigate privileged access events.
- Act as Tier3 escalation for PAM‑related issues, perform root‑cause analysis and performance tuning.
- Lead incident response for privileged access security incidents.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and partner with application, infrastructure, and cloud teams.
- Create documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop automation using REST APIs, Power Shell, and Python (optional).
- Optimize onboarding and account lifecycle management.
Minimum required experience: 2years in a related field. Desired:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, information security technology experience. Compensation range: $123,000 – $161,000 annually.

Salary range: $123,000 – $161,000. Eligible for Fannie Mae incentive program. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, life, volunteer lifestyle and other benefits.
Location & Work ArrangementPosition based in Reston, VA. Onsite work is expected; remote work is not specified.
Additional InformationThis position is designated as sensitive and requires an initial background investigation followed by periodic re‑screenings. Employees in sensitive roles are required to report a mandatory absence of 10 consecutive business days per calendar year in alignment with risk management and operational integrity standards.
