Senior Solution Architect

Vega Consulting Solutions is Hiring! Solutions Architect position located in Reston, VA. We are looking for W2 candidates who can travel to the client site for PI planning sessions.

This role will drive enterprise optimization by introducing capabilities across all functions. The selected candidate will utilize in‐depth knowledge and expert skills to advance domain strategies, translate business needs into architectural solutions that meet performance, reliability, and security expectations, and apply enterprise roadmaps, principles, standards, and practices to drive domain strategies and execution.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10 years of experience in Architecture Domain
• Ability to motivate and influence others to meet project objectives in a timely manner
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop high‐quality solutions
• Ability to coach, delegate, and develop architects and engineers
• Ability to manage cross‐domain architecture solutions and issues
• Expertise with domain‐related architecture frameworks, methods, and tools
• Effective organizational, interpersonal/relationship management, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and collaboration skills
