SAFe 6 SPC-certified Agile Coach with 10+ years in Lean/Agile, 5+ years coaching and delivering SAFe trainings (Teams, Leadership, Scrum Masters), strong digital product & healthcare background, and proven experience leading large-scale Agile transformations.

We are seeking a SAFe 6 Certified Agile Coach (SPC) to support enterprise-wide Lean-Agile transformation for a leading Healthcare Insurance organization. This role involves 50% SAFe training & coaching and 50% hands-on Agile coaching for Scrum development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Train Scrum teams on SAFe 6 Framework, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Value Streams, and Lean-Agile practices
- Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement
- Support enterprise Agile adoption and digital product transformation
- Conduct SAFe-certified trainings (SAFe for Teams, Leadership, Scrum Masters)
- Mature Agile mindset, flow, productivity, predictability, and quality
- Identify blockers, drive transparency, and improve enterprise agility
- Work with leadership on Agile strategy, roadmap, and metrics
- Lead ART execution, launch preparation, and continuous learning cycles
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 6.0 Certification - Mandatory
- 10+ years in Agile/Lean methodologies
- 5+ years as an Agile Coach & SAFe trainer
- Strong experience in enterprise Agile transformation
- Proven delivery of SAFe-certified training curriculum
- Expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and digital product environments
- Must have Healthcare domain background
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership coaching skills
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of experience
