Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience supporting cloud architecture design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
- Education:
minimum bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, management information systems, or related technical field. - Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA)
- AWS Solutions Architect (Professional)
- Experience with large cloud‑computing infrastructure solutions similar to AWS or Elastic Map Reduce.
- Experience supporting highly distributed applications.
- Experience leading cross‑functional technology teams.
- One of the following AWS certifications:
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator (Associate)
- AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer (Professional)
- AWS Certified Big Data (Specialty)
- Experience utilizing AGILE development methodologies and Application Lifecycle.
- Experience working with programming languages such as Java, C++, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, Pig/Hive, or Elixir.
The Cloud Engineering Lead is responsible for cloud systems plans and strategy; design, development, and deployment of applications into a Cloud or Hybrid Cloud; and implementation of enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing.
Architect and lead development and integration of cloud‑based information and computer systems that meet specific needs identified in the SOW.
Accountable for end‑to‑end cloud deployment experience, from concept development to deployment.

Day shift Monday–Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. - Amount of travel: 30% within WMA.
