Cloud Support Administrator; MPO Polygraph

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in Reston, VA;
Redmond, WA; and Atlanta, GA. The team needs IT support specialists experienced with Microsoft cloud environments to support an ongoing classified program.

Top secret/SCI Full Scope Polygraph required (MPO Customer).

Reston, VA;

Atlanta, GA.

Shift work – 24x7 operational environment.

• Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, Service Now or other ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools.
• Document all findings from tickets and incidents.
• Automate and troubleshoot tasks using various scripting languages and services.
• Provide end‑user support to customers at the Tier I-III level in cloud based environments.

• Must hold an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance (MPO).
• Must be willing to work one shift, no dual employment.
• Certifications:
  
  IAT II, AZ900 or similar cloud certification (highly preferred).
• Willingness to shift work, as 24/7 support is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and focus.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems;
  Active Directory, JIRA, Service Now, Netmom, Windbg.
• Basic scripting using Java, Python, Linux, Powershell, JavaScript in cloud based environments (preferably Azure).

Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000+ based on years of experience.
