Job Title:
Agile Business Analyst (Service Now CSM)
Location: Hybrid - Reston, VA Note: Candidates must be local to the MD/VA/DC area and available for onsite meetings in Reston, VA.
Duration: 12+ Months Contract to Hire

We are seeking a Mid-Level Agile Business Analyst with strong Service Now CSM implementation experience to support a leading Healthcare Insurance organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Agile teams to gather requirements, create Jira user stories, manage backlogs, and support iterative product delivery.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Service Now CSM implementations
- Strong expertise in Jira and writing user stories for large Agile teams
- Experience working in Scrum/SAFe Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to conduct demos, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional stories
- Healthcare/payor industry experience
- Knowledge of REST APIs/Webservices
- Cloud/Dev Ops project exposure
- SAFe/Agile certifications
