Job Description
This role supports government clients using a contract management system. The consultant will translate business needs into system configs, lead client sessions, and fix issues with support from technical teams. The focus is keeping the platform compliant, functional, and aligned to requirements. The lead consultant will also drive adoption and manage risk to keep projects on track.

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS functional consulting, Customer Support, Customer Success, or professional services delivery.
- Experience supporting or implementing enterprise application platforms such as CLM, ERP, or Supply Chain, preferably in public sector or regulated environments.
- Experience supporting U.S. federal agencies or federal system integrators.
- Understanding of federal acquisition and procurement processes (FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, BPAs, RFPs).
- Demonstrated ability to design compliant workflows aligned with audit, data retention, and risk management requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with application configuration, functional design, and solution validation.
- Ability to engage effectively with contracting officers, program managers, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Familiarity with Gov Cloud, secure integrations, and identity frameworks (CAC/PIV, PKI).
- Experience supporting implementations subject to audit, FOIA, or records management requirements.
- Prior experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
