IT Operations Specialist
Reston, VA
MUST:- 5+ years of overall IT Operations experience
- Strong experience with MAC laptops
- Desktop Support experience
- Imaging and shipping laptops/equipment for onboarding/offboarding employees
- Identity access management experience
- Endpoint management software experience
- Expertise with Microsoft
365 Entra, Mosyle, Jira Service Desk - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Support IT Operations and Desktop Support for a 3 to 4 month project
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, manage identity access, and oversee endpoint management software
- Communicate effectively with team members and peers in a collaborative environment
