Job Summary
As a Service Now Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Service Now Flow Designer is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is recommended. IT Service Management (ITSM) at Expert proficiency, Service Now Data Sources and Integrations at Advanced proficiency, and Service Now at Expert proficiency are suggested skills.
- Governance and change control for enhancements
- Interface with domain architects
- Discuss & capture requirements with platform & product owner
- Analyze requirements
- Recommend solution options
- Perform FSD reviews
- Impact assessments
- Coordinate development with scrum team
- Understanding of Service Now data model, tables, workflows
- Experience with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer
- Develop innovative solutions using Service Now Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Service Now Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.
- Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Service Now Data Sources and Integrations to optimize system performance.
- Expert proficiency in Service Now Flow Designer
- Understanding of Service Now data model, tables, workflows
- Experience with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer
- Advanced level of proficiency in Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
