Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical roles.
- Strong experience gathering, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Experience translating business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Experience supporting high-complexity software, systems, processes, or service initiatives.
- Strong experience with user acceptance testing, including test documentation, validation, and release support.
- Experience identifying and documenting requirement gaps, system deficiencies, and defects.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills across systems, software, and business processes.
- Experience creating detailed business and technical documentation to established standards.
- Experience monitoring project status, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery of quality deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expert-level time management and organizational skills.
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to organize stakeholder meetings and facilitate requirement and design review sessions.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor junior analysts and end users.
Experience:
- Prior experience leading delivery of high-quality, effective deliverables on time.
- Demonstrated contribution to cost-effective business and technology solutions.
- Prior business analysis coaching and mentoring experience preferred.
- AI product experience is a plus.
- Experience coordinating projects from concept through implementation preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, elicit, create, analyze, document, and validate business area user and technical requirements.
- Lead the creation of project plans to define, organize, and schedule requirements management and development activities.
- Provide oversight and strategic direction to lower-level analysts, including coaching, mentoring, and task delegation.
- Facilitate requirements analysis and verification sessions.
- Track and manage open issues and assist in planning for resolution.
- Lead development sessions and design reviews to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
- Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation, verification, and release readiness.
- Implement practices and procedures for end-user test plans.
- Identify and document requirement gaps, deficiencies, and defects, and coordinate resolution.
- Create formal communications for relevant stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and training to application end users.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot high-complexity technical, system, and business issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor, report, and resolve issues.
- Participate in the development of solutions and workarounds for complex problems.
- Review, analyze, and document business systems, processes, software, and user needs.
- Develop and collaborate on key project and requirement deliverables for high-complexity projects.
- Monitor and report project status, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate assigned projects from concept through implementation.
- Prioritize and manage new work requests.
- Answer policy-related questions related to business processes, systems, and software.
Should Have:
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Expert understanding of business analysis core competencies.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience working across business and technical teams in strategic initiatives.

Qualification and
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field required.
- In place of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
