Project Manager
The PM will lead projects that align with Fire Eye's Services & Client Engineering Program initiatives. Responsibilities include working closely with S&I Engineering managers, technical leads and Fire Eye product managers to drive project planning and execution of multiple complex projects. Collaborate with cross-functional groups across Fire Eye through the product life cycle, from definition to successful delivery of releases. Drive infrastructure related initiatives through completion.
Promoting and evangelizing agile best practices through established processes, tools, techniques and strong communication skills. Manage cross-team dependencies, and coordinate cross-team initiatives and blocker issues. Assist in developing and implementing Project Management Best practices, tools and templates within ISS. The position reports to the Manager, Program Management.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management tools, process and best practices. Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dev Ops certification. PMP certification.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required. 6-10 years of technical project management experience successfully managing multiple projects.
