Architecture Repository Analyst / Manager

You are an experienced architecture repository administrator / manager with project management and leadership skills. You understand the value and impact of a robust, accessible architecture modeling tool and repository. You also understand the purpose and roles of architecture domain teams (business, enterprise, solution, data) and how a modeling tool and repository can help them succeed.

As a Senior Architecture Analyst, you'll apply your analytical, communications and creative skills to help architects define use cases and requirements for the Architecture Tool & Repository (ATR). You'll work with a team to configure and deploy new ATR features (i.e., diagram templates, interactive dashboards, workflows, reports, portal pages), manage ATR operations, and ensure that architecture content is organized and accessible to stakeholders / consumers via the architecture portal.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture Tool Configuration
  - Work with team and vendor consultants to configure Orbus iServer
  365 features, including viewpoint templates (Visio), metamodel, catalogs, reports, PowerBI dashboards, workflows, and SharePoint portal pages. Work with business, solution, and enterprise architects to define use cases and requirements for iServer
  365 features to be configured and deployed.
• Architecture Tool Management
  - Support administration and operations of the iServer
  365 ATR, including user onboarding, troubleshooting, intake requests, curation, and continual improvement.
• Architecture Tool Knowledge Transfer and Training
  - Work with team members to capture / document knowledge acquired from Orbus consultants related to ATR configuration and administration activities. Support development of end-user training material to supplement vendor-provided courses with FEPOC-specific use cases and configuration.
• Project Management
  - Support development, maintenance, execution, and monitoring of the ATR Project Plan. Maintain backlog of ATR use cases and features and engage users, stakeholders, and ATR steering committee in the prioritization and sequencing of backlog items. Prepare project status reports, inputs to issue / risks register, and overall ATR project roadmap for periodic review with the ATR steering committee.

Required:

• 5-8 years of experience architecture-related discipline(s).
• 1-2 years of experience in architecture tool configuration, administration, and management (e.g., Orbus, Bizzdesign, Mega).
• Understanding of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks.
• Effective organizational, interpersonal/relationship management, analytical, communications (written and verbal) and collaboration.

Required:

• Experience with configuration and management of Orbus iServer or iServer
  365.
• Experience with configuration / administration of SharePoint sites, pages, and libraries.
• Experience with design / configuration of PowerBI dashboards.
