Strong background in AGILE, SAFE environments, managing the Architects teams, very complex, technical background is a plus, can be 100% remote but prefers someone local. Need someone who has a ton of experience working in Agile. Role is going to be very active in helping to manager the architectural processes and architectural teams. Needs to have a technical bg so they can easily communicate with Architects.

Will be working with agile coaches as they develop the architectural runway. Understanding of HIPAA regulatory environment is preferred. No responsibility over budget.

5-8 Years Experience

• Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of and experience in managing full software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects. Experience with direct project management and release management experience is required.
• Knowledge of and experience in IT environment (mainframe, infrastructure, Web/Java)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2000 tool set - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio.
• Ability to provide structure in an unstructured and rapidly changing environment.
• Highly motivated.
• Positive attitude.
• Health care industry experience will be a plus.
• Background in requirements management and/or systems development is a plus.
• Regulatory and HIPAA experience a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Day to day duties include working with architectural team to manage review board processes and liaison between architecture and product team. Work with agile coaches and RTE to further architectural runway processes. Managing various projects and producing the necessary artifacts and documents such as status reports.
