Project Delivery Engineer
Content Guru is a world-leading cloud customer service provider. Our seamless omni-channel solutions have supported businesses across the globe in providing exceptional customer service. As we expand globally, we are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer to join our exceptional team in Reston.
The Project Delivery Engineer prepares and equips systems to provide new services to users, working within provisioning frameworks and quality assurance mechanisms to build and deliver exciting and powerful services for a huge range of clients. The Project Delivery Engineer is an entry level role, ideal for a talented technical graduate looking to carve out a career in technology.
As a Project Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Configuring aspects of a customer's services for omni-channel cloud communications.
- Managing customer's telephony and omni-channel estate.
- Managing and executing a large number of concurrent provisioning projects, while tracking & analysing progress.
- Ensuring the technical tasks in the provisioning process are handled quickly and efficiently.
- Utilising knowledge and understanding of test tools, methodologies and techniques.
- Preparing, maintaining and executing test plans and scripts for storm ® services, with the ability to adapt to customer requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure delivery dates are met, and to resolve order processing issues and account enquiries, providing regular and proactive updates.
- Communicating in a clear and concise manner without using technical jargon.
- Interpreting customer orders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a STEM, Computer Science or related subject, or substantial alternative experience.
- A genuine interest in a career in technology.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Strong levels of ICT skills/computer literacy.
- Good oral and written skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
