- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
- Knowledge of data management, predictive analytics, and data modeling
- Experience with statistical analysis, regression models, and data mining techniques
- Experience designing and supporting data warehouse solutions
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes in large-scale data environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Analyze and visualize current and future readinessdata
- Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Perform data management, analysis, and predictive analytics
- Support data warehouse development and ETL activities
- Provide actionable insights through data-driven analysis
