Data/Artificial Intelligence Analyst

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the client’s Data Strategy to articulate how the organization will accelerate adoption of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to enable joint operational situational awareness and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Develop scripts to curate select datasets for integration into business intelligence data products.
  • Enhance existing data pipelines to restructure, clean, and transform required datasets for integration into the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Enhance and develop new business intelligence data visualizations to provide the right information at the right time for leadership.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust data management frameworks, including SQL databases, to ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of enterprise data across mobile network environments.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies, implementing secure data storage and transmission protocols.
  • Integrate AI and machine learning (ML) solutions to enhance cybersecurity verification and validation capabilities.
  • Leverage AI platforms such as Palantir Foundry while ensuring ethical guidelines, transparency, and explainability of automated decisions.
  • Leverage Power BI and other analytical tools to convey status via dashboards and visual reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide documentation, training, and continuous improvement strategies to sustain data quality and AI‑enabled security capabilities.
  • Support data analytics activities to improve oversight and verification of program deliverables.
  • Analyze complex structured and unstructured data, enriching data using internal and external sources.
  • Employ advanced data science principles, including state‑of‑the‑art techniques such as machine learning, to develop compelling stories.
  • Perform a wide variety of analytics tasks, such as link, pattern, statistical, behavioral, and geospatial analysis.
  • Identify unobvious relationships within the data.
  • Identify data gaps within existing program deliverables and opportunities for new data attributes.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience.
  • Expert in the data and AI management field with 8+ years of experience in database management and AI/ML models and database systems.
  • Expert level capability with tools such as ArcGIS, Power BI, advanced audio/visual technologies, AI/ML, Open Signal, and/or Palantir.
  • Strong experience in database performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization for large‑scale systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with data pipelines and ETL tools, proficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one additional programming language.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with cloud‑based database services and experience with API development and integration for AI‑driven applications.
  • Proven understanding of data governance, security compliance, and privacy regulations.
Desired Skills
  • Master’s Degree in Data Analytics.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry.
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
  • Experience using various data analytics tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
  • Prior consulting or program support experience with federal cybersecurity or wireless engineering/telecommunications‑focused organizations.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000
