• 5 7+ years of Product Design / UX/UI Design experience
• Strong UI/Visual Design portfolio (Modern, Clean, Accessible)
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy dashboards
• Strong Product Design mindset
• Expertise in Design Thinking & Human-Centered Design
• Experience creating:
  • Information Architecture
  • User Flows
  • Wireframes
  • Interactive Prototypes
  • High-Fidelity UI Designs
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Figma
  • Zeplin
  • Dscout
  • Lyssna
  • Miro (Preferred)
• Experience conducting:
  • User Interviews
  • Focus Groups
  • Usability Testing
  • A/B Testing
• Strong understanding of:
  • Design Systems
  • Responsive Design
  • Accessibility (WCAG)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
• Experience using AI tools for wire framing and rapid prototyping

Experience designing products in one or more of:

• Ed Tech
• Fin Tech
• Health Tech
• Enterprise SaaS

• Lead UX/UI design from discovery through delivery.
• Design modern, intuitive, and accessible user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
• Contribute to and maintain Design Systems.
• Design responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Present design concepts and influence product strategy.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 7+ years of Product Design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI expertise (Portfolio link is mandatory)
• Experience with responsive web applications
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards
• Authorized to work in the United States

• 30-minute Video Interview
• 45-minute Team Interview
