Fannie Mae is a foundational institution in the U.S. housing finance market. As a Senior Director of Modeling, Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms, you will drive data‑driven decision making and AI innovation that expands access to home ownership and affordable rental housing.
The Impact You Will MakeAs Senior Director, you will define vision, investment priorities and operating model for platforms that enable model development, AI innovation, and enterprise reporting. You will work across Technology, Data, Risk, Finance and business functions to deliver product strategy, modernize platforms, ensure adoption, and realize business value while maintaining security, governance, scalability and regulatory compliance. You will shape how models are built, deployed, consumed and operationalized across the enterprise and ensure analytics platforms are easy to use, cost‑effective, secure and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Define strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for analytics, AI, modeling and BI products.
- Align product portfolio to enterprise goals and business outcomes.
- Lead enterprise BI, reporting and self‑service analytics capabilities and expand access to trusted data, insights and decision‑support tools.
- Oversee product delivery, adoption and lifecycle management; optimize business value, usage and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with business, tech, data and risk leaders to set product priorities and ensure governance, security and regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop high‑performing product management teams; foster culture of innovation, accountability and customer focus.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, analytics, data, AI/ML, business intelligence or related technology domains.
- 5+ years of experience leading product teams and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and investment priorities for complex platforms or products.
- Experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders to drive adoption and business outcomes.
- Experience delivering data, analytics, AI or business intelligence solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Expertise in product management, agile delivery and value realization practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Desirable: experience in financial services lending, credit, risk or analytics; hands‑on experience with modeling tools such as Sagemaker or Domino, BI tools such as Tableau and data platforms such as Databricks.
USD 200,000 – 269,000 annually, subject to experience and qualifications.
