Role Overview
As a Service Now Solutions Architect, you will be a crucial member of our Service Now practice, responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the Service Now platform and integrated technologies. Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' business requirements while aligning with industry best practices.

- Top-Secret Clearance
- Service Now Certified System Administrator
- Service Now Certified Application Developer
- Experience creating or developing Custom Service Now Applications (App Engine)
- Certified in three or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:
- CIS – Discovery
- CIS – Service Mapping
- CIS – Software Asset Management
- CIS – Hardware Asset Management
- CIS – Event Management
- CIS – Performance Analytics
- CIS – Vulnerability Management / Response
- CIS – IT Service Management
- CIS – Customer Service Management
