Requisition:
Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute software testing for: operating system updates, software updates, application updates, and security updates.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities with customers and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing questions and issues.
- Facilitate communication and mediate discussions between technical teams and customers.
- Track testing progress and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Verify that software changes meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and communicate testing results, issues, and risks.
- Support successful software deployments by ensuring testing is completed within committed timelines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Collaborative mindset and ownership of testing activities from start to finish.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years with a high school diploma/equivalent.
- Experience testing, validating, and troubleshooting software packages and applications in an enterprise environment.
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test documentation to track test activities, testing dates, and deployment info.
- Tier 2/3 technical experience with Windows workstation operating systems.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence in a Software Test Coordinator role.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Review and clarify customer requirements.
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure testing is comprehensive and efficient.
- Lead customers through the test coordination process.
- Document and communicate what is being tested, test results, and troubleshooting initiatives.
- Track the progress of testers and report success rates.
- Identify functional problems during testing and provide resolutions.
- Interact with engineering and application groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
- Work with Production Coordinator on release and remediation of any possible production deployment issues.
