Required Skills:- Minimum of four (4) years of experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Solutions Architect, or Senior Engineer supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity initiatives within Federal Government or Intelligence Community (IC) environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and advising on IBM Hashi Corp solutions, including Terraform, Vault, HCP Terraform, Terraform Enterprise, and Vault Enterprise or similar solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
- Experience providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and implementation recommendations to engineering teams and customer stakeholders throughout solution design, deployment, and operational sustainment.
- Experience integrating Hashi Corp technologies with public cloud platforms such as AWS Gov Cloud, Azure Government, or Google Cloud, as well as on-premises infrastructure.
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication and authorization technologies, including Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PKI.
- Experience integrating infrastructure automation and secrets management into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Lab CI/CD, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience supporting containerized and Kubernetes-based environments, including infrastructure automation and secrets injection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts and architectural recommendations to engineering teams, executive leadership, and customer stakeholders.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Possess an active CompTIA Security+ CE, CISSP, CySA+, CASP+, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience implementing or architecting solutions using technologies comparable to Terraform and Vault, including Open Tofu, Pulumi, Cyber Ark, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault.
- Experience migrating enterprise environments from legacy automation or secrets management platforms to Hashi Corp solutions.
- Experience developing reusable Infrastructure as Code modules, enterprise policy-as-code frameworks, and governance controls.
- Experience implementing secure software supply chain practices and integrating security scanning tools into Dev Sec Ops pipelines.
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies, Kubernetes security, and container orchestration platforms such as Red Hat Open Shift or Rancher.
- Experience supporting highly regulated or classified environments requiring compliance with NIST RMF, DISA STIGs, FedRAMP, DoD Zero Trust, or ICD 503 requirements.
- Relevant certifications such as Hashi Corp Certified:

Vault Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
