Interior Federal Credit Union is seeking an
IT Specialist for a full-time opportunity
. In this role, you'll support and maintain the Credit Union's technology infrastructure, provide technical assistance to employees, manage vendor relationships, and help ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, networks, and other technology systems.
- Deploy equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate hardware and software upgrades.
- Support IT projects, audits, cybersecurity initiatives, and disaster recovery efforts.
- Manage IT vendors, system access, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent industry certifications.
- Experience: One to three years of IT support, systems administration, or related experience.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and technology support skills.
