Position: Consulting Technical Manager, Senior Cloud Architect -Governmen with Security Clearance
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions to support enterprise mission systems and business applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud environments, leveraging your deep knowledge of Oracle products and cloud architecture best practices.

This role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Oracle-based systems in high-volume environments. Required Skills:

* The ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility with CI polygraph required.

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

* Minimum 10+ years of experience in building enterprise-scale mission systems, preferably within the federal sector

* Proven hands-on experience with IaaS services including compute, storage, networking, FaaS, identity, and access management. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices for deploying scalable and secure cloud environments

* Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) in OCI environments

* Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP

* Experience with Oracle databases (on-premise and cloud), including provisioning, configuration, backup, and recovery

* Proficiency with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools for managing OCI resources

* Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud security principles

* Ability to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in OCI environments

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DBAs, and business analysts

* Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting and presenting solutions
Desired

Skills:

* Knowledge of data security best practices and regulatory compliance

* Experience with Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines in a data engineering context

* Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional or Oracle Big Data certification) are a plus

* Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC)-related agencies and working with geospatial data types

* Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell for automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC)

* Developing and implementing multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud strategies

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills

Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
