Senior AI​/ML Engineer

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI and machine learning solutions
• Build, train, operationalize, and maintain AI/ML models in production
• Apply machine learning techniques to support retrieval-augmented generation capabilities
• Present results to diverse audiences in presentation or report form
• Provide architectural leadership, technical support, and advisory services
• Ensure system technologies are integrated and meet appropriate security requirements
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights for diverse audiences
• Support mission-focused outcomes and secure, effective system integration

• 6 years experience; minimum
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance
• Extensive experience using open-source models to the largest extent possible or provide a comparable analysis and justification for using proprietary models
• Expert experience with at least two of:
  Generative AI/LLMs, NLP, RAG, and neural networks
• 6 years experience with at least two of:
  Python, R, Anaconda, Numpy, Tensor Flow, Keras, Sci Kit-Learn, and Postgres
• 6 years experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture and services for AI/ML
• Ability to maintain AI/ML models through user stories and Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD pipelines, including optimization and evaluation of alternatives
• Expert experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions into classified AWS cloud environments at IL6+
• Ability to perform data analytics on program-related or system-related activities, including assessing performance and implementing methods/algorithms to automate and optimize
• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying containerized AI/ML solutions
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire

Demonstrates expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on operationalizing models in production environments. Proficient in data architecture, analytics, and ensuring secure system integration within classified cloud environments.
