A growing professional services organization is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join its internal IT team. This is a hands-on role supporting end users, managing endpoint devices, administering Microsoft 365 technologies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for employees.
Working closely with IT leadership, you ll serve as a key technical resource responsible for resolving escalated support issues, managing device lifecycle operations, and improving IT processes through documentation and automation. This position offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while working in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
Required- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering
- Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra
- Experience with user onboarding, offboarding, and access management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
