Bio/Pharm Patent Litigation Associate
Our client is a top firm, seeking an IP litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Washington, DC and Reston, VA offices. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of patent litigation experience involving research and drafting of pleadings, discovery, and motion papers.
- Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries required.
- Advanced degree in Biology/Biological Sciences or related degree preferred.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
