- Analyze and interpret tax laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
- Draft, review, and revise various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
- Provide sound legal advice to clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection strategies.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle all aspects of probate administration.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
- Conduct thorough research on complex legal issues related to estate planning and wealth preservation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and tax law.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
