As a Day Porter/Busser, you will be an essential part of creating a welcoming and pristine environment for all who enter our space. Your role is integral to maintaining the building's appearance and ensuring a seamless and positive experience in our dining and common areas.

You will take the more inspiring, innovative, and optimistic path on our journey toward success by proactively ensuring cleanliness, order, and exceptional service, directly contributing to a workplace where everyone can thrive.

• Comply with the work order system, including interpreting work orders, performing the requested work, and completing them per instruction.
• Ensure all conference rooms are pristine through daily checks, which includes cleaning tables and chairs, wiping down whiteboards, and restocking markers and flip charts.
• Wash and restock all glasses, mugs, coffee urns, and other kitchen items; keep kitchen and coffee areas fully stocked with coffee, creamers, sugar, tea bags, and stir sticks.
• Refresh coffee stations and water dispensers in conference rooms and clear used dishes during meeting breaks.
• Assist with changing room configurations and help catering vendors with setup, ensuring all food is displayed in a neat and clean area.
• Adhere to all client-mandated Standard Operation Procedures and company policies; ensure safety standards are met by all employees and third-party service providers.
• Support each other's wellbeing by maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and promptly responding to spills and other cleaning needs.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experience in hospitality, janitorial, or a food service role.
• Proven excellent oral and written communication skills suitable for both internal and client-facing environments.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and regularly lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work well and meet ever-changing deadlines is a must.

• Experience working in a corporate or commercial building environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical handling and safety protocols.
• Experience with floor care equipment.
