Compensation: $15.50-$16.50 per hour (Hourly)

Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM (Part-time)

The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned, including hazardous waste handling.

• Perform janitorial duties and all tasks listed on the daily schedule.
• Handle hazardous waste: collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping, receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, and packaging special and hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor and comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items, fill in during staff shortage, and work in a team.
• Use proper personal protective equipment, maintain a professional appearance and conduct, and communicate professionally with co‑workers and customers.

• No specific education required; 3‑6 months training or experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required.
• Valid safety and task training certification.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safe, efficient use.

• Frequent sitting, talking, or listening; must lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
