Overview
Mission Manager
Leidos has multiple Mission Manager positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, resourcing and oversee the execution of persistent collection operations, working with in-house and geographically dispersed elements in support of clearly defined collection objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to make complex, multi-factor decisions under extreme stress and communicate effectively to support mission objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Tactical ground or air operations experience.
- Experience working in high-stress environments.
- 6+ years of Intelligence (including LEO, FBI, USSS, etc.) or DoD experience required.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 to 8 years of full-time professional experience.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable with 2 to 6 years of experience.
