- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in pre‑construction program management specifically within the construction, real estate, or data center industries.
- 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and procurement strategies, including the direct management of developer, EPC, GC, and A/E relationships.
- 5 years of experience utilizing data visualization tools (such as Tableau, SQL, or custom dashboards) to monitor and report on program health and performance.
- 5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal support within a high‑volume professional environment.
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in managing agreement negotiations across various agreement methodologies.
- Experience optimizing the end‑to‑end source‑to‑contract flow for mission‑critical portfolios.
- Experience in the design and construction of critical facilities, with an ability to lead partnerships with Developers, Architects, and Engineers (A/E) to translate delivery models into actionable, market‑ready procurement strategies.
- Understanding of contracts, including indemnity, liability, and standard commercial terms.
