For Reston VA only: $123,400–$178,500 annually (salary range is based on market data; final salary offered is determined by education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.)

The Construction Staffing Manager is responsible for leading workforce strategy and execution to support the delivery of construction projects. This role ensures that the organization is staffed with the right talent, at the right time, to meet project demands across all phases of execution. This position will report to the M&T Manager of Construction.
Major Responsibilities- Owns construction staffing strategy and workforce planning—partners with project leadership to forecast staffing demand, develop manpower plans, and ensure timely placement of field professionals across all project phases.
- Leads recruiting and selection activities—manages requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer development, and hiring processes for construction management, field engineering, and project support personnel.
- Drives onboarding and workforce integration—develops and manages onboarding programs, role expectations, training requirements, and deployment processes to accelerate productivity and improve retention.
- Builds talent pipelines and organizational capability—maintains succession plans, develops candidate pools for critical positions, supports career development initiatives, and identifies emerging staffing risks before they impact project execution.
