City Scape Metro Group is hiring a Project Manager to drive execution across the organization. This role is primarily responsible for managing all listing timelines from pre-list to close while also overseeing company initiatives, marketing launches, and operational projects.

• Own listing project timelines (prep, staging, marketing, contract-to-close coordination)
• Track multiple active listings and initiatives simultaneously
• Ensure deadlines are met and details are handled precisely
• Maintain project dashboards and task management systems
• Coordinate across agents, marketing, operations, and leadership
• Keep leadership informed and projects moving forward

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Meticulous with follow-through
• Systems-minded and proactive
• Calm under pressure
• Knows what “balls” are in the air — and at what altitude
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong budget tracking and financial organization skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong vendor negotiation skills
• Comfortable being assertive with contractors
• Organized, process-driven mindset
• Willing to visit job sites locally
