VP, Corporate Real Estate and Enterprise Workplace

For our client, we are seeking a VP Corporate Real Estate And Enterprise Workplace to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location:

Reston, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 annually

• Oversee facility management activities including planning and maintenance
• Negotiate and maintain corporate real estate lease agreements
• Develop a workplace strategy to optimize productivity and collaboration
• Lead implementation of AI in workplace operations to drive innovation
• Partner with risk management for informed risk decision-making
• Collaborate with Communications, Technology, and HR on integrated workplace initiatives
• Deliver high-quality workplace hospitality services across locations
• Establish processes for monitoring and maintaining building systems
• Serve as liaison for senior management concerning real estate and facilities
• Promote a culture of adaptability and learning regarding new technologies

• 10+ years of related experience with at least 7+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing a complex office portfolio with 10+ locations
• Strong background in corporate real estate, facilities management, and finance/legal/civil engineering
• Proven strategic acumen with experience in building multi-year real estate strategies
• Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills for driving cross-functional outcomes
• Experience collaborating with various departments including Finance, HR, and Technology
• Curiosity and adaptability in applying new technologies like AI to workplace operations
