Hyatt Regency Reston is looking for an experienced, highly engaged, result's driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our high-performing Commercial Services team. This executive leader is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, brand positioning, and overall commercial performance across all revenue-generating segments. The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader who fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and guest-centricity while developing high-performing sales and marketing teams.

The Director of Sales & Marketing serves as a key member of the leadership team and partners closely with Events, Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, and Regional Commercial Services to execute strategic initiatives that maximize profitability and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
