Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually
Overall Scope: The General Manager has overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of a particular gym location, including but not limited to: hiring, training, development and overall gym execution. Responsible for delivering dues, revenue, and profit budgets while role-modeling the organization’s values and culture.
Major Responsibilities:
- Consistently delivers a clean, crisp, friendly member and team member experience
- In charge of both the top and bottom lines of the P&L
- Lead team to achieve total fitness experience for all members
- Manage all facets of the business to include sales, fitness and gym operations
- Oversee sales process and systems
- Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of all gym-related managers
- Hire, train and schedule all gym-level staff
