Omni Sci is seeking a Systems Integrator with strong project management capabilities to coordinate complex technical initiatives supporting Intelligence Community missions. This role serves as the bridge between government customers, engineering teams, and program leadership to ensure technical efforts remain synchronized, milestones are achieved, and mission objectives are successfully executed.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate technical integration efforts across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between government customers, contractors, and engineering teams.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support technical planning sessions, program reviews, and executive briefings.
- Monitor project execution to ensure schedule and mission objectives are achieved.
- Track engineering activities and maintain program documentation.
- Coordinate Technical Exchange Meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare executive reports and status updates.
- Support rapid response activities and evolving mission priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years supporting technical programs within the Intelligence Community.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
