Our client, a leading organization in the technology and B2B event marketing industry, is seeking a Sponsor ships Event Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Sponsor ships Event Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Sponsor ships team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Manage the end-to-end execution of sponsor ships for Cisco Connect events, ensuring seamless delivery and sponsor satisfaction.

+ Respond to sponsor inquiries promptly via email, Webex chats, calls, and webinars, maintaining professional and clear communication.

+ Coordinate sponsorship contracts, process payments, and track fulfillment metrics to ensure all commitments are met accurately.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to prepare sponsor materials, promotional resources, and onsite support.

+ Provide regular updates to leadership on sponsorship progress, fulfillment status, and post-event reporting for continuous improvement.

* + Proven experience in event marketing with a focus on sponsorship management and execution.

+ Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting purposes.

+ Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple sponsor ships and deadlines.

+ Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with sponsors and internal teams.

+ Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, and fulfillment processes, along with basic financial acumen.
