Part-Time RN Clinical Supervisor Home Care Northern

We are a growing home care organization seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, client assessments, and support to caregivers and families in the home.

This role is ideal for nurses who want to stay engaged in meaningful work while maintaining control over their schedule.

• Flexible schedule (15–30 hours per week)
• Primarily weekday hours
• No shift work, no overnight requirements
• Minimal physical strain – no bedside lifting
• Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and families
• A supportive team that values your experience and judgment

• Conduct scheduled client visits (weekly / bi‑weekly)
• Complete new client assessments and reassessments
• Oversee and update individualized care plans
• Provide guidance and reassurance to family caregivers
• Support and mentor CNA caregivers
• Communicate with physicians as needed

• Nurses transitioning out of hospital or facility‑based roles
• Experienced RNs seeking part‑time or reduced hours
• Semi‑retired nurses who want to stay active in the field
• Nurses who value autonomy and relationship‑based care

• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Home care, hospice, or community‑based experience preferred

$45–$55/hour depending on experience
Mileage reimbursement provided
