Registered Nurse (RN) – Radiation Oncology

$90,000 – $120,000 Salary + $15,000 Bonus Package

Compensation Highlights:

Nurse America is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Oncology RN to join a high‑performing outpatient team supporting patients undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (medical history, labs, psychosocial needs)
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, chemotherapy‑related treatments, and blood products
  • Perform venipuncture and manage central lines and implanted ports
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and coordinate dose adjustments
  • Provide patient and family education and emotional support
  • Ensure accurate documentation and proper treatment authorization
  • Follow OSHA and infection control standards for hazardous materials
  • Assist with patient flow, triage calls, scheduling, and referrals
  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical teams
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years RN experience (oncology preferred)
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Outpatient oncology setting
  • Exposure to radiation and cytotoxic agents
  • Standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs required
