- Day Shift – 5 staff per shift with a charge nurse
- Night Shift – 5 staff per shift with a charge nurse
- Patient Ratios – 1:2
- EMR – CPN & Meditech
- BLS & NRP
- STABLE
- Intubation, Umbilical Line Placement, PICC placement, Lumbar Punctures, Xrays
- Family centered, caring and flexible
- WCS (Labor & Delivery-as baby nurse, Post-partum-as baby nurse)
- Scrub Color/Attire – NAVY
- Full time expected to do 5 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
- No mandatory on-call.
