About the Position

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with departmental requirements and state/specialty standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage,” and act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonate Resuscitation certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• NICU experience required.
• Night shift position.
